1. Definitions
1.1 “The Doors of Waco,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to The Doors of Waco and its creator, Danielle.
1.2 “The Book” refers to the photographic art book titled The Doors of Waco and any accompanying materials, including digital content, marketing, and reproductions.
1.3 “Customer” or “You” refers to any individual or entity purchasing, viewing, or otherwise engaging with The Doors of Waco or its related materials.
1.4 “Content” refers to all text, photographs, images, designs, and other media created by or for The Doors of Waco.
2. Ownership and Copyright
2.1 All photographs, designs, and written materials associated with The Doors of Waco are the sole and exclusive property of Danielle Fleming (author and photographer) and are protected by U.S. copyright law.
2.2 No portion of this book or its content may be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise used in any form, electronic or mechanical, without express written permission.
2.3 Purchasing the book does not transfer or grant ownership of any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
3. Photography Ethics and Representation
3.1 All photographs in The Doors of Waco were captured legally and ethically.
3.2 Many images were taken from public spaces or with appropriate permissions.
3.3 The focus of this project is to celebrate the architectural and cultural charm of Waco—not to depict private life or invade personal privacy.
4. Product Information and Availability
4.1 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to differences in printing or display devices.
4.2 We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 All payments are processed securely through our online payment partners. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
5.2 Orders are considered final once placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
5.3 In the event of an error (pricing, availability, or technical), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Books are shipped using the selected carrier and method at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
6.2 The Doors of Waco is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Any claims for missing or damaged items must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Because each book is produced in limited runs, all sales are final.
7.2 Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of defective or damaged products, at our discretion.
7.3 Signed or personalized copies are final sale. Due to the unique and collectible nature of signed or personalized editions, these copies are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the rare case of damage during shipping as defined in Section 7.4.
7.4 To request a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving the order.
8. Use of Images and Media
8.1 You may share photographs of the book itself (such as unboxing or display photos) on social media for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you credit The Doors of Waco and include a visible or clickable link to our official site or social media page.
8.2 You may not reproduce, alter, or sell any images, text, or designs from The Doors of Waco without express written permission.
8.3 Media outlets, blogs, or organizations wishing to feature or reproduce portions of the book must obtain prior written approval and include full credit:

9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected during purchase (such as name, address, or email) is used solely for order fulfillment and communication.
9.2 We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process orders or comply with legal obligations.
10. Liability
10.1 The Doors of Waco and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or purchase of the book or its materials.
10.2 All content is provided “as is.” No guarantees are made as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in McLennan County, Texas, through mediation or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Updates to These Terms
12.1 We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
